Fire Kirin is a social gaming app intended for entertainment only. There is no real-money gambling. But playing any game with virtual currency can become problematic if it interferes with daily life. We take responsible gaming seriously.

1. Play Responsibly

• Set a time limit for play sessions and stick to it.
• Set a coin-spend limit based on what you can comfortably afford.
• Take breaks — long unbroken sessions reduce judgment.
• Never chase losses with bigger sessions.
• Never play to recover money — the coins are entertainment, not investment.
• Don't play under the influence.
• Balance gaming time with work, family, and other activities.

• Feeling restless or irritable when not playing
• Borrowing money to fund gaming
• Neglecting work, school, or relationships for gaming

4. Self-Exclusion

If you need to step away from Fire Kirin, message us in chat with "self-exclude" and we will lock your account for the period you specify (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent). Once locked, the account cannot be reactivated until the period ends — even by us.

5. Account Limits

You can set personal limits via chat with your agent:

• Daily funding cap
• Weekly funding cap
• Session time reminders

Once set, limits can only be loosened after a 7-day cool-off period.

6. Protecting Minors

Fire Kirin is strictly 18+. If you live with minors, keep your account credentials secure. We will lock any account flagged as accessed by a minor.

If a family member's gaming concerns you, free support is available through the helplines above. Most are anonymous and confidential.
