Fire Kirin Login Problems — Fix Guide

The Most Common Login Errors

"Wrong Password" / "Invalid Credentials"

• Username and password are case-sensitive. Caps lock?
• Copy-paste from chat rather than retyping — eliminates typos.
• Make sure you're logging in to the right version — XYZ app doesn't accept Plus-only accounts (rare but possible).
• If correct credentials still fail: chat us, we reset in 2 minutes.

"Forgot Password"

The fastest fix: chat us. There is no automated "forgot password" email loop — resets are handled by humans for security. Tell the agent your username, they reset the password to one you choose. Total time: ~2 minutes.

"Account Locked"

Too many failed login attempts triggers a temporary lock. Chat us with your username — agent unlocks instantly. Avoid future locks by using copy-paste for credentials.

"Connection Error" During Login

• Switch Wi-Fi to cellular (or vice versa) — rules out network issue.
• Check if Fire Kirin servers are in maintenance — weekly, usually overnight US time.
• Disable VPN if you have one running.

"Wrong Version"

Your APK is outdated. Chat us for the fresh link — uninstall old APK first, install new. Account credentials don't change — only the APK version changes.

"Account Not Found"

Either the username is mistyped, or you're logging in to a version that doesn't recognize your account. Double-check the spelling. If correct, chat us — agent verifies your account exists and is active.

Version-Specific Login Notes

XYZ App Login

Standard credentials work. App remembers your login after the first time.

XYZ Web Login (firekirin.xyz)

Open firekirin.xyz in any browser, log in. Same credentials. Useful when you don't have the APK or want to play on PC.

H5 Browser Login

Open the H5 URL from chat in any browser. Log in. The H5 URL is sent privately because it occasionally rotates — if your URL stops working, chat us for the current one.

Plus App Login

Same credentials as XYZ — one account, all versions. If you have an XYZ login, it works in Plus too. If Plus says "wrong version," your APK is outdated.

Multi-Device Login

Fire Kirin allows your account to be logged in on multiple devices simultaneously — for example XYZ on Android phone and H5 on iPad. If you see "account already logged in elsewhere," it usually means another active session needs to be ended first. Sometimes it's a stale session that the server hasn't cleared — wait 5 minutes or chat us to force-clear.

Security Best Practices

• Use a unique password for Fire Kirin (don't reuse from email/bank)
• Don't share credentials, even with family
• If you suspect anyone else has your password, chat us for an immediate reset
• Never share your password in any chat — including with agents. If we need to reset, we generate the new one and send it to you.
